These are the plain-English terms that apply to the AgentReady Business Review. They explain what we provide, how payment works, turnaround, cancellations and the limits of the review.

What we provide

An independent AgentReady Business Review of your online presence, delivered as a plain-English PDF report, with email follow-up if anything in your report is unclear.

What we don't promise

We do not promise Google rankings, AI tool recommendations, increases in revenue, or any other outcome we cannot directly control. The report reflects our honest view based on the information available to us.

Turnaround

We aim to deliver your PDF report within 5 working days of receiving your completed intake. We reply to enquiries within 2 working days.

Price and payment

The AgentReady Business Review costs £149. Payment is made securely through Stripe before the review begins. After successful payment, you will receive a Stripe receipt or invoice and the private review-intake link. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals or hidden charges.

Cancellation and refunds

If you change your mind before we begin work on your review, write to us and we will cancel and refund your payment in full. Once the review work has started, any refund will reflect the work already carried out. Tell us your concern and we will agree something fair in writing. If you receive the finished report and genuinely feel it wasn't worth the fee, we would still rather hear from you than not. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

The report provides practical guidance based on the information available to us. It is not a guarantee of rankings, recommendations, revenue or any other result. You remain responsible for any decisions or changes you make after receiving it.
