How we handle your information.

This is a plain-English summary of how AgentReady UK handles the information you share with us. A formal policy will be linked here as the service grows.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, website, business type, email address, and what you write to us. If you go ahead with an AgentReady Review, we also ask you to complete a short review intake — business name, website, sector, location and service area, public profiles, services, customer type, and how your business currently uses AI. We ask you not to include customer records, children's information, medical information, financial details or other sensitive personal data, because we assess your processes rather than your confidential records.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, carry out the AgentReady Review you've requested, and keep a record for our own accounts. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

AI tools

We do not paste your private information into public AI tools. Any AI assistance we use in our own workflow is reviewed by a human before it touches your report.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing info@agentreadyuk.co.uk.
